IMPORTANT: Express Consent is More Than Providing a Phone Number
Simply providing your phone number does NOT constitute consent to receive SMS messages. You must take an intentional action such as checking an unchecked checkbox that is clearly labeled for SMS opt-in. The checkbox is always unchecked by default and requires your voluntary action to enable SMS communications.
By explicitly opting in to our SMS program through an unchecked checkbox or other clear opt-in method, you provide express written consent to receive text messages from Agentis Solutions using an automatic telephone dialing system at the mobile phone number you provide. Our SMS program is supported by major US carriers including but not limited to: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, ACS Wireless, Appalachian Wireless, Bluegrass Cellular, Carolina West Wireless, Cellcom, C-Spire, and others. Carrier support and features are subject to change. Not all carriers support all features. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We maintain detailed records of all opt-ins and opt-outs for 4 years as required by law. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to ensure we honor your preferences.
Any disputes related to our SMS program will be handled according to the dispute resolution procedures in our Terms of Service. You may opt out of arbitration for SMS-related disputes by notifying us in writing within 30 days of first receiving a text message from us.
