1. Express Written Consent Required

IMPORTANT: Express Consent is More Than Providing a Phone Number

Simply providing your phone number does NOT constitute consent to receive SMS messages. You must take an intentional action such as checking an unchecked checkbox that is clearly labeled for SMS opt-in. The checkbox is always unchecked by default and requires your voluntary action to enable SMS communications.

By explicitly opting in to our SMS program through an unchecked checkbox or other clear opt-in method, you provide express written consent to receive text messages from Agentis Solutions using an automatic telephone dialing system at the mobile phone number you provide. This express consent applies even if your number is listed on any Do-Not-Call registry.

Consent is voluntary and NOT a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services from Agentis Solutions.

2. Message Frequency and Types

You can expect to receive the following types of messages:

  • Account Alerts: Important notifications about your account status, security, and API usage (1-2 messages per month)
  • Payment Notifications: Billing confirmations, payment reminders, and subscription updates (1-2 messages per month)
  • Service Updates: System maintenance alerts, new feature announcements, and platform updates (1-2 messages per month)
  • Support Messages: Responses to your support requests and ticket updates (frequency varies based on your inquiries)

Total Expected Frequency: Approximately 2-5 messages per month, not including support responses you've requested.

3. How to Opt-In

You can provide express written consent to receive SMS messages through:

  • Web Form: Checking the unchecked SMS consent checkbox on our contact form (checkbox is always unchecked by default)
  • Account Settings: Explicitly enabling SMS notifications in your account preferences
  • Text Keyword: Texting START to our toll-free number 1-844-440-7279
  • Account Registration: Checking the unchecked SMS opt-in box during signup (never pre-checked)

Confirmation: Upon opt-in, you will receive a one-time confirmation message with program details, message frequency, and clear opt-out instructions.

4. How to Opt-Out

You can opt-out at any time using these methods:

  • Text STOP: Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe from all SMS communications
  • Call: Contact our toll-free support line at 1-844-440-7279
  • Email: Send your opt-out request to support@agentis.solutions
  • Account Settings: Disable SMS notifications in your account preferences

You will receive a final confirmation message after opting out. We will not send any further messages after confirmation.

6. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by major US carriers including but not limited to: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, ACS Wireless, Appalachian Wireless, Bluegrass Cellular, Carolina West Wireless, Cellcom, C-Spire, and others. Carrier support and features are subject to change. Not all carriers support all features. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us:

  • We will NEVER sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes
  • Your phone number is used solely to provide the services you've requested
  • We maintain records of consent and opt-out requests as required by law
  • All data is encrypted and stored securely

9. TCPA and CTIA Compliance

Our SMS program complies with:

  • The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and FCC regulations
  • CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices
  • The CAN-SPAM Act for commercial electronic messages
  • All applicable federal and state laws and regulations

We maintain detailed records of all opt-ins and opt-outs for 4 years as required by law. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to ensure we honor your preferences.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to our SMS program will be handled according to the dispute resolution procedures in our Terms of Service. You may opt out of arbitration for SMS-related disputes by notifying us in writing within 30 days of first receiving a text message from us.

11. Changes to SMS Terms

We may modify these SMS Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via SMS or email. Your continued participation in our SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
